1) Service Overview
Workorbor is a technology marketplace platform that connects users with independent third-party service partners for transportation and delivery services. By using Workorbor, you agree to use the platform responsibly and comply with applicable laws in the Republic of Liberia.
2) Platform Disclaimer
Workorbor does not provide transportation or delivery services directly. All rides and deliveries are performed by independent third-party service partners. Workorbor’s role is to provide the technology platform that enables matching, communication, and service coordination.
3) Payments & Financial Information
Workorbor processes payments securely using third-party payment service providers. Payments on the Workorbor platform are used exclusively for real-world transportation and delivery services.
Accepted payment methods include:
- In-app wallet
- Mobile money services
- Debit and credit cards
Workorbor does not store full debit or credit card numbers on its servers. Payment-related information is processed securely by third-party providers.
4) Data Collection & Usage
Workorbor may collect and process user data (such as name, phone number, email address, location data, payment-related information, device and usage information) to provide and operate the Services, process payments, ensure safety, improve performance, and comply with legal obligations.

5) Location Data Usage
Location data is required for matching, navigation and route calculation, fare estimation, and delivery tracking. Location data is not sold or used for advertising purposes.
6) Account Deletion & User Rights
Users may request account deletion, or request access/correction of personal data by contacting: support@workorbor.com. Requests are processed within a reasonable timeframe in accordance with applicable laws.
7) Apple App Store Compliance Notice
Workorbor does not sell digital goods, subscriptions, or in-app content. Payments are processed outside of Apple In-App Purchases in accordance with Apple App Store Review Guideline 3.1.3(a).
